No matter what animation app you use, the images you create are not just drawings, but can be actors in skits, short plays, and full-on dramas.

You might have a story in mind when you start, but what is key to the process is developing a lot of character poses. Like human actors, those characters, together with the writers and directors, help keep the story afloat, and frankly, it's better to be open to change than just sticking with a script.

I'm currently developing a flock of chickens in addition to working with Frankie Fox. As of today, here are my  hens, each one with her own story in mind. Perhaps just looking at them, you can tell that their personalities are evolving.
